As co-founders of The Americana Project, Adam Sweet, John Rough, Bear Acker, and Sparkie Allison have been bringing their unique blend of acoustic country, western swing, old time, celtic, bluegrass, and original music to audiences since 2010. Based in western Massachusetts, the band has been rehearsing regularly and honing their craft for over a decade. With Adam Sweet on fiddle and mandolin, John Rough on 5 string banjo, Bear Acker on bass, and Sparkie Allison on guitar, The Americana Project delivers a sound that is both timeless and fresh.
